US allows Oil to Cuba. Softening stance? SPY gaps up $10! Trade Ideas for Mar 30 2026
Friday I was off my game. Rest is super important. We still nailed a few trade but I missed an obvious 10 bagger.
Friday nailed entry for bull puts, but these dropped 50-60% and missed my profit collection at 80%+.
That said, was accurate to stop out when I saw the shift in momentum, but since I couldn’t sleep Thrusday night (stomach was wrecked) I couldn’t mentally plan/take the bear calls even though AlphaOS toold be exactly which countries and they went to 0.
That said I did alert naked puts that did do 100-300%. Crappy result when with better planning could have nailed 1000%.
But this outcome should be expected when not well rested!
As for today, geopolitical news will likely drive range.
How to use AlphaOS to recognize shift in momentum
Process = Profits
Lately I’ve been doing the following:
Premarket establish where we likely wont reach. Sell premium for 0.8-0.60 on open.
After 11: second positioning of credit sells.
After 3:30: start hawking/planning for a Spectre Special
What’s a Spectre Special? A yolo trade that goes 300-1000% in under 30 min.

SPY Chaos: Survive 639 Break Today
Premarket volatility tests key pivots—watch for reversal edges near 639.68
Market Context
SPY premarket closed at 639.68 after ranging 634.16-641.43, sitting above pivot 636.42 but below R1 639.74. Recent 5-day data shows choppy action with multiple failed breakouts above 640 and breakdowns below 637, forming a tight range around 636-640. Bias leans neutral-to-bearish with price rejecting higher premarket highs on lower volume.
