Triple Witching Friday - Trade Ideas for Fri Mar 20

Monster idea played out on 673 short Friday. Which Trade Idea pays us today? Will our win streak continue?

Yesterday we sold and were heavy most of the day but we then squeeze right to 663. That was the magic level I wanted for a short. Overnight we dropped to make a new low and have since bounced some in premarket.

Overall my bias is still for more downside and use squeezes for entry.

Credit selling worked again, with 6550 bull puts going to 0 and 6595/6600 bear calls going to 0.50 for 80% exit and stop out break even on last 20% during the squeeze.

Another green day. ::)

Lately I’ve been doing the following:

Premarket establish where we likely wont reach. Sell premium for 0.8-0.60 on open.

After 11: second positioning of credit sells.

After 3:30: start hawking/planning for a Spectre Special

What’s a Spectre Special? A yolo trade that goes 300-1000% in under 30 min.

What is Two Hour Trading?

Two Hour Trading is my system for finding and executing trades while spending less than two hours a day trading. My goal is to earn 100-300% on the capital I risk while waiting for 1000%+ gain trades to set up. Key benefits include:

  • High-quality trades with excellent reward vs. risk

  • Avoiding overtrading and losses from it

  • Trading to win vs. trading not to lose

  • Stacking the deck in your favor

SPY Traps: Survive 656 Breakout Fakes

Premarket bounce tests pivot—watch for failed moves to key supports

Market Context

SPY premarket closed at 656.60, sitting just above the pivot at 659.03 after dipping to PML 653.20 and rejecting PMH 659.81. Over the last 5 days, price action shows choppy range trading between 653-675 with multiple failed breakouts above 662.9 and breakdowns below 655.09, volume spikes at those levels confirming rejection. Bias leans range-bound with downside risk if 655.09 fails, upside only on clean pivot break.
