Trade Ideas for Fri Feb 20

Another day of Credit Selling for easy profits!

Feb 20, 2026
∙ Paid

Alerted 3 credit spreads yesterday. 2 went to 0! 1 went to 0.30 before stopping out flat.

Using the levels and ideas from AlphaOS makes it easy!

We used 6870/75 bear calls expected previous day high to fail and maximize returns.

we also took 6820 bull puts expecting the dashed yello line to trigger a bounce. finally when vwap rejected mid day we added 6860/65 bear calls to the mix from 1.20 and dumped to 0.30 :)

Lately I’ve been doing the following:

Premarket establish where we likely wont reach. Sell premium for 0.8-0.60 on open.

After 11: second positioning of credit sells.

After 3:30: start hawking/planning for a Spectre Special

What’s a Spectre Special? A yolo trade that goes 300-1000% in under 30 min.

What is Two Hour Trading?

Two Hour Trading is my system for finding and executing trades while spending less than two hours a day trading. My goal is to earn 100-300% on the capital I risk while waiting for 1000%+ gain trades to set up. Key benefits include:

  • High-quality trades with excellent reward vs. risk

  • Avoiding overtrading and losses from it

  • Trading to win vs. trading not to lose

  • Stacking the deck in your favor

SPY Traps: Survive 8:30 Data Barrage

GDP and PCE could spark 1% swings—protect capital, hunt reversals

Market Context

SPY closed yesterday at 682.32 after volatile trading with a session low of 681.91 and high of 686.21. Premarket action shows consolidation between 682.12-687.40, with current PMC at 683.13 sitting below pivot (685.37) but above S1 (682.85). Recent 5-day data reveals choppy range-bound behavior with multiple failed breakouts above 686 and breakdowns below 683, suggesting bearish bias unless 685.37 clears with volume.
