Yesterday’s chop was tough but the big payday play I was looking for… well I missed it. Had to settle for 100-200% payers and not get the 900%. But with the chopped ended the day red :(

What is Two Hour Trading?

Two Hour Trading is my system for finding and executing trades while spending less than two hours a day trading. My goal is to earn 100-300% on the capital I risk while waiting for 1000%+ gain trades to set up. Key benefits include:

  • High-quality trades with excellent reward vs. risk

  • Avoiding overtrading and losses from it

  • Trading to win vs. trading not to lose

  • Stacking the deck in your favor

Plan for Wed Oct 15

Stick to process. The process and trade setups I teach works. Rinse and repeat over and over again. There will be losses. Any good system will have them. Being systematic also means the gains will repeat and come again too. If you keep changing your system/process trying in an effort to never lose a trade, you will never get to where you want to go.

SPY’s Rebound Play: Bounce Back from Key Supports

Spot high-probability reversals to protect capital and grab quick profits in today’s choppy session.

Market Context

SPY enters today with premarket trading hovering around 667, up big from yesterday’s close of 662.72, showing early resilience after a volatile week that saw sharp drops and recoveries across the 5-day data range of 646.20 to 673.95. The overall bias leans cautiously bullish, with the index stabilizing after multiple failed breakdowns below 660, suggesting buyers are stepping in at lower supports amid broader market uncertainty. Chart patterns reveal a series of lower highs since the 673.95 peak on 10-08, but recent bounces from 658-660 levels indicate potential for a failed breakdown reversal if volume picks up on dips.

Key Events Today

No major economic releases or Fed speeches scheduled for 2025-10-15, potentially leading to range-bound action influenced by ongoing global sentiment. Keep an eye on any unexpected volatility from after-hours trading or early earnings reactions, as the lack of catalysts could amplify moves around pivot levels.
