SPY Trade ideas for 08-13-26

Light PPO. Will SPY breakout or turn into a failed breakout reversal?

Aug 13, 2026
∙ Paid

Good morning all.

Yesterday was another perfect credit selling day. We took bear calls at open at 774.90 push fail just like the primary high probability idea suggested and then went long at 772s just like the secondary idea suggested.

Both using credit sells for a headache free day of profits.

Today has the potential for 5-10x. I’ll focus on my credit sells, but might thrown in a couple of yolo trades on 7760p or 7750p if I can get it cheap enough and without having to do a lot of baby sitting.

Lately I’ve been doing the following:

Premarket establish where we likely wont reach. Sell premium for 0.8-0.60 on open.

After 11: second positioning of credit sells.

After 3:30: start hawking/planning for a Spectre Special

What’s a Spectre Special? A yolo trade that goes 300-1000% in under 30 min.

What is Two Hour Trading?

Two Hour Trading is my system for finding and executing trades while spending less than two hours a day trading. My goal is to earn 100-300% on the capital I risk while waiting for 1000%+ gain trades to set up. Key benefits include:

  • High-quality trades with excellent reward vs. risk

  • Avoiding overtrading and losses from it

  • Trading to win vs. trading not to lose

  • Stacking the deck in your favor

SPY Eyes R1 Test at 775.11

Premarket holds 0.76 points below resistance for reversal setup.

Market Context

SPY premarket last price sits at 774.35, just 0.76 points below the nearest key level R1 at 775.11. Price consolidated overnight after yesterday’s regular-session close at 772.52, with premarket range bounded between 772.54 and 774.50. Bias favors a test of R1 with potential for failed breakout reversal.
