SPY Trade ideas for 05-11-26

6 weeks of rallying! The best run in 20 years! Trump rejects Iran proposal. Consumer sentiment collapses.

Friday was limited range and we stayed within the 2 credit sells I was looking at. I should have just done an iron condor instead of hawking for a big short payoff.

That said, the bear calls I chose went to 0 :)

With May consumer sentiment below levels of Covid, how long can this rally last?

Remember, at the end of day we are process driven. Focus on our core setups and let the market tell us when it i ready for a directional move.

Process = Profits

Lately I’ve been doing the following:

Premarket establish where we likely wont reach. Sell premium for 0.8-0.60 on open.

After 11: second positioning of credit sells.

After 3:30: start hawking/planning for a Spectre Special

What’s a Spectre Special? A yolo trade that goes 300-1000% in under 30 min.

What is Two Hour Trading?

Two Hour Trading is my system for finding and executing trades while spending less than two hours a day trading. My goal is to earn 100-300% on the capital I risk while waiting for 1000%+ gain trades to set up. Key benefits include:

  • High-quality trades with excellent reward vs. risk

  • Avoiding overtrading and losses from it

  • Trading to win vs. trading not to lose

  • Stacking the deck in your favor

SPY Surge Trap: Guard Your Gains Now

Premarket holds steady at 736.31 amid choppy 5-day volatility—watch for failed breakout reversals above pivot.

Market Context

SPY premarket closed at 736.31, sitting just below the pivot at 736.65 after a volatile 5-day range from 714.99 to 738.08. Yesterday’s regular session closed at 737.53, with price action showing multiple failed breakdowns below 735 and breakouts above 737 on elevated volume. Bias leans neutral-to-bullish near pivot, with risk of downside if 735.21 fails to hold.
