AAPL Tuesday we swing 252.50c for 0.80. these hit $7 yesterday

SPX 6770c I alerted target of 7-9+ hit 13. dipped to 2.80 for entry. (I missed it wanting $2 fill and chased small size at 3.80)

SPX 6780c in last 5minutes based on action. filled 0.50 dipped to 0.25 ran to 3.

Our “boring” SPX 6795/6800 bear calls went to 0 from 2.50 fill in premarket.

Today likely tricky. IMHO I think a dip should come and the ceasefire will not survive, however technically market could be positioned for a grind over 7000.

Reminder — We are day traders so our focus is taking advantage of the daily action and not worrying about the bigger picture. That picture can provide context, but as long as you are using the levels and price action, we can continue to extract profits daily without knowing the big picture!

I got worn out by the time the trade I wanted developed and missed a 8 bagger trade. :( trade. That said, I did place a yolo bear call trade on SPX 6580c/85 at 4.50 that filled. image $500 risk to collect 2500-5000. That worked out nicely.

Our bull puts in morning also paid nicely :)

the morning was a little choppy for me since my original plan didn’t play out so originally was more or less took a couple of small losses. Then broke even followed by the flush payout.

We also nailed a spectre special into the close. Solid trading.

But what I want to to talk about is the unusual activity AlphaOS caught yesterday.


As for today, geopolitical news will likely drive range.


Notice the how we have over $50m in option contracts bought/sold for today for SPX 6390/6400 area.

We’ve essentially gapped up to this spot overnight. I very pissed/annoyed because I want a gap down reversal to load up on calls today estimating at $12-15 move off lows.

That said, let’s see what we can find today. The crazy thing is we consistently find credit sells and naked trades paying 50-200%.

I’d like to get to to get and maintain a 90% average win rate this year. Let’s keep up the solid performance.

That said, was accurate to stop out when I saw the shift in momentum, but since I couldn’t sleep Thrusday night (stomach was wrecked) I couldn’t mentally plan/take the bear calls even though AlphaOS toold be exactly which countries and they went to 0.

That said I did alert naked puts that did do 100-300%. Crappy result when with better planning could have nailed 1000%.

But this outcome should be expected when not well rested!

i also has a secondary plan incase 652s rejected and selling continued and then just let the market tell us what it wants. Once we pushed up into 657s, we nailed the bear calls using two different strikes. 6620/25 and 6590/95 :)

Both went to 0 :)

As for today, with more concrete steps in motion for end to Iran conflict, market seems to be rallying, but in mean time USTreasury declared that the US is insolvent (more of a long term thing imho that an immediate market reaction)

I planned for a squeeze into close and alerted THT pro members watch for 644s for a long. What happened? dipped to 644.80 and then squeezed hard!

The sad thing.. I was a t a barber and placed an order for 6500c for 0.50.. It dipped to 0.60 and then ran to 7.50. Totally missed it.

The funny thing is I’m also not that bitter about it because of the consistent on my other trades and the freedom it gives me. I think I had 8-10% account growth…

That was the magic level I wanted for a short. Overnight we dropped to make a new low and have since bounced some in premarket.

Overall my bias is still for more downside and use squeezes for entry.

Credit selling worked again, with 6550 bull puts going to 0 and 6595/6600 bear calls going to 0.50 for 80% exit and stop out break even on last 20% during the squeeze.

The reason… I was impatient with entry and thought 676 was coming on SPY. The funny thing, my average was right.and I could have got out for a profit 30min later, but I would have had way too much heat. $2 average with size and it went to to $3.50 beore reach $1.20 for en exit. Bottom line, given then size I had, it was the right thing to do. better to take a $1k loss than a 6k loss if I was completely wrong and market reversed.

That said my original plan/alert for SPX 6700 bull puts for 1.20-1.50. filled when the 6730 puts hit 3.50. These went to zero. I was able to scale up on these to recover the loss. Congratulation to my sister(I’m teaching her how to do credit selling). she placed the order at 1.50 set a $2 stop (0.50 loss) and collected the full premium! Let’s see if I get her 5-10% growth per month.

OK on to today. PPI came in hot. sharp drop to 667. and now we are basing. If we don’t get fast moves with volume in first 30 minutes, I may wait for 2:30-2:45pm today for the interest rate decsision. That is my normal process for FOMC day.
