But how do you plan for that and/or execute on it?

Given market weakness in past day, and the gap up, I wanted a gap fill before considering long, so when yesterday’s action saw a push on open over premarket high, followed by a double top on ORB 15 high, I alerted I was taking 7520 bear calls. Perfect plan! We caught the hod reversal.

Then we broke 746.37 per the high probability idea and flushed. I also perfectly alerted the lock in and was done for the day.

For those that stuck around SPY back test 746s and failed again around lunch time and head back down! Where I alerted we may flush again in the afternoon adn that is exactly what developed.

Today, market may rallly, but I think it can be choppy will pull backs and resistance levels before another leg up (if we do run).

Also alerted taking SPX 7500c which paid 200%+

Not bad for an hours worth of effort.

Premarket we are gapping up, but it hard for me to long here. Overall thinking market is waiting on interest rate decisions.

So I focused on bull puts originally, took some gains, and then flipped into bear called that decayed perfectly!
Clean, easy. I was positioned and done for the day in under 2 hours.

I also took bear calls correctly estimating how far a move up it would be. Predicting fills on SPX 7560 bear calls for 2 ans 2.20. both filled and went to 0!

That said I botched the short side execution and exited too much at $1.50-1.30 and missed the reload.

We took 7500 bull puts and 7530 bull puts as the main payers! Solid work team THT.

Yesterday, I said my plan was to watch for dips, for BTFD. and that is indeed what we got with high probability alternative idea of 750.50 turning into support to shoot for more upside.

We first went short looking for the dip to come, and flipped into longs following process. Both with Credit Sells and were done.

I spent maybe an hour trading yesterday waiting for the dip and planning.

Overall I think I gained 2% yesterday. nothing super amazing, but it compounds like crazy and with very little personal effort.

I was hoping for a dip for bull puts, and took some at open wanting to add.
I also took bear calls which got stopped from the all day grind.

The one thing I could have done better after seeing the AlphaOS blue line test was to take 7530 bull puts or even 7500 bull puts earlier in the day.

Overall net flat day. Its 1000% ok and should be not be an emotional disaster when you don’t win on a day. It’s part of the business. Being able to review and think what could have been done better and not making it an emotional roller coaster every day is where you will find your edge.

As for this blue line. Join here on strong trend days has a a great win rate.

Notice the double bottom on vwap (purple) and the reclaim of the blue line and the green momentum indicator above. That was the inflection point to take bull puts with confidence.

Based on the action, I alerted going long on the backtest of vwap.

That was my one major trade yesterday and I walked away. I set an alert for 745.50 and was hawking 7500 and 7520 bear calls, which both went to 0 by end of day, but would have been a bit stressful in the last hour.

I keep emphasizing don’t over trade. Do I miss trades. absolutely. Do I have an over 80% win rate. YES!

This is how I like to grow accounts, slow and steady. And frankly our slow is still well over any other investment vehicle!

Both Trade Ideas i shared with you yesterday were spot on and paid!

This morning SPY is near 739 again after bouncing off 731s. Overnight market has rallied after MU’s impressive earning’s result. Even reviving SNDK.

The question we now have, is what happens next. Technically speak if volume confirms we may push for 744-745. If sellers decide to take advantage of this gap up, we might go right back down.

Let’s see what develops.
